After speaking with Geoff, I felt extremely confident in his ability to properly repair my vehicle and appreciated the fact that he was being completely transparent with me. Not to mention, his quote was less than half of what the dealer quoted. Prior to beginning work, Geoff showed me all of the Mercedes parts ordered for the service. Throughout the repair process, Geoff sent me video clips of the progress on the vehicle which gave me peace of mind while waiting for the work to be complete. When you've got a car in for somewhat of a lengthy service, it's nice to know how the repair is going and if there are any issues along the way.
